I love this recipe. It is so good with the oyster sauce and the soy sauce. The only thing that I do differently is add mushrooms. This is my favorite kale greens recipe, because it is so healthy and it taste awesome. I cook them to the tenderness that my husband likes. He loves the old fashion greens with all of the fat back. This is so much healthier, especially if you love all kinds of peppers. I also put cayenne pepper in mine.

My wife and I loved your recipe. I used organic kale, and organic peppers (yellow, orange, and red). I should have used more kale, or added some spinach I had. Regardless, it was delicious.
Wow this is a great way to eat kale which I usually hate and could not take in a smoothie - so now can get some of this incredibly healthy stuff inside me with your recipe which uses gorgeous ingredients - thank you so much

I just tried your recipe and it’s absolutely delicious!! I didn’t have dark soy sauce so I used regular soy sauce and added some palm sugar instead. I also added a teaspoon of minced ginger and some cornstarch to make the sauce a thicker consistency.
I love how healthy this is! Love the presentation... looks beautiful with all those colors! Thanks for sharing!

I liked the video before watching just based off the title saying “it’s all about the seasoning”
Is there a printable recipe somewhere I am missing? Would really love to give a copy to my mother.
i bet if you added a cornstarch slurry that liquid sauce would thicken right up and allow for an awesome coating

It looks delicious! I'm curious, though. Are they actually "tender"? I usually find Kale to chewy even after cooking it and it has wilted. So, does this method actually make them "tender" and soft to eat?
