Don't fear. This disease is dangerous but fear is worst. Most die from the diagnosis fear long before they die from the disease. Just do the program faithfully and your body will heal itself. Of course, cut out the things that contributed to the cancer developing in the first place. Refined sugars, refined grains, starches, sugar sweetened drinks, alcoholic drinks, all kinds of flesh foods, dairy foods, cheeses, etc. Drink plenty of pure water. Rest adequately. Regular EXERCISE, sunshine exposure and fresh air are indispensable. Forgive those who have offended you or you may have a grudge against. Be nice to people and animals. Trust God for healing according to His will and plan for your life. HE ❤ you.

This is such an amazing video, Doc, u r so right about kale, I have been battling cancer for the best 6 years n last year I started experiencing low blood counts n so I started juicing kale both the black n the green with chard swiss n immediately my blood count is back to normal n my liver n kidneys are doing awesome after 6 years of chemo n radiation treatments. It is amazing how powerful juicing is, I drink carrots juice n green juice very regularly n I am doing amazing. My energy is back, I am so happy that I am strong again to continue fighting this cancer battle. I need to start having some kale smoothies too. Thanks Doc, this are all remainders that if I do that right things my body will really help me fight the cancer. Thanks for these videos, they are saving lives.

Dr. Mendel, I'm from Cape Town South Africa. I stumbled across your videos on health overall. They are educational and very informative. Living with this pandemic everyone is looking to find ways and means concerning their health, whether it be mental or physical and how to live healthier lifestyles. My belief is that the mind and body should be in sync. So if the mind is not at peace, the body will act out and vice versa. God bless you for caring and sharing your knowledge with people all across the globe.. Me, I refer everyone who needs health info, to check out Dr. Mendel. God bless...

@@sylvestercoffee7212 that is great. One thing to keep in mind when foods don’t agree with you: is it quality good? Most think avoiding gluten is their answer .... and they let go of one of the most nutritious food because what they think is wheat is really a processed poison that has nothing to do with wheat. In the end I realized that the elderly in Italy ate everything and nothing hurt them .... and when I researched why I figured out that all they ate they made themselves. They grew the wheat, made the flour, made the bread. The had a few sheeps for milk and cheese, chickens for eggs, killed a pig in December to make salami and prosciutto for the year and so on. I never saw my grandparents in a supermarket. .... so I followed their food steps and guess what? All of a sudden I can eat everything too....... so 90% of people I know are overweight and on a gluten free diet ..... I invited each of them to eat my bread and pasta and guess what? ...... nobody had any reaction to it ..... we have been lied to.
