Love chicken neck curry.. it's a poor man food but a great protein and packed with flavour in soups too

@@JamesJohnson-pz6qg cook em low and slow . They are sort of like poor man oxtails if you do them just right. Try making a soup dish and really let them go for the whole day with the holy trinity like madame did here just without the potatoes.
