How to cook Crispy Pork Belly on a BBQ Weber.
In this video, I am showing how to cook crispy, crunchy pork belly in a Weber BBQ.
00:00:00 - Introduction.
00:00:52 - Wipe off moisture from the skin of the Pork belly, make sure the skin is dry.
00:01:56 - Cutting through the skin of the Pork belly.
00:04:09 - Use the Aluminium foil to create a tray for your Pork belly to be rested on it for 24 hours in the fridge.
00:06:39 - Salting the Pork belly.
00:07:55 - Preparing the BBQ Charcoal.
00:08:01 - Showing the BBQ Weber I cook my Pork belly in.
00:08:59 - Starting the BBQ Charcoal.
00:09:15 - Preparing the BBQ Weber for cooking.
00:09:46 - Placing a half cut Apple on the grill where the Pork belly will be on top whilst cooking.

00:13:09 - Use a second Aluminium tray and pour Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil. This is where I put my Pork belly once the pork crackle is done, this is to soften the meat and make it more tender.
00:13:23 - Pork belly has been cooked and you must have internal heat anywhere between 80 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius.
00:13:59 - Tapping the delicious Pork crackling.
00:14:11 - Tasting the delicious crunch Pork crackling.

Good idea with the stanley knife, depth of cut no chance of cutting to the meat.
You have the better version of my BBQ, keeps temp well.... I should have bought the trolley version, looks good that extra bench space.
