How to Wrap Wontons Video: Coming Soon!
Today, you're going to learn how to make my Chinese chicken soup with ginger! This is a traditional Chinese soup recipe that I have been making for my family for years. This is a staple asian broth that can be used as a base to create various other asian soup recipes.
This is perfect as the base for a wonton soup recipe (see our upcoming video to learn how to make Wontons!) or as a general bone broth.
By adding the chicken and the vegetables chunks back into the broth, it also makes a super tasty asian chicken vegetable soup!
I hope you enjoy this soup recipe and if you do, please leave me a comment to tell me how it turned out!

I would ditch the bag right off! Saute the veggies first with oil. That brings more flavor than boiling. You can strain them out later. Your chicken is over cooked! After an hour it becomes dry even though its boiled. After you strip off the meat simmer the bones for 24 hrs. This way you get all the healthy collogen out. And dont confuse green onions with shallots!
