I appreciate your channel. I have MS so I have been struggling with confusion and memory loss. I've been struggling in the kitchen and I've actually just been accepted for ssdi. My issues are that my husband is from Cuba and before him I'd never tried that food. I'm an Industrial Electrician from Oklahoma. I enjoy cooking and trying to learn things, but it's almost impossible to learn something new. The best that I can figure is that Cuban food is like Creole food, only there's absolutely NO heat 😫 and add some citrus. ....ie, lots of rice and tomatoes.... I'm sorry if I've confused you, I have difficulties keeping things straight to explain myself. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm going to try to make some of your dishes with a tweak and I hope that it goes okay. The cat has been eating really good every time I cook. Since I can't work, it seems like the only thing that I can contribute.

@@captaincobyscajuncooking6144 My son sat and ate two full plates. He didn't say a word until he was done. All he said was that is the best food he has ever tasted. We are taking our Son to Louisiana to Tour UL and LSU at the end of the month. Is there a store in Lafayette I can pick up some of your seasoning.
