Үй жануарлары мен аңдар
I had never considered cooking a roast on my gas grill.
But it worked great!
Try it. You'll like it.
And it doesn't heat up your house during the hot summer months.

Thank you kindly! Good luck with your roast.
My wife bought an Eye of Round and was going to make it in the crockpot, but couldn't get to it becasue of other issues. So I was up at 2:30 AM looking for recipes to see if I could make it on my new Gas grill; I had heard you could, I saw a few videos, but most were for a Galloping Gourmet, which I am not. I came across your video, and your grill was simialr to mine, with a searing burner, which I had NEVER used before. I followed your video 100% My Roast was 2.10 Pounds. At the end of one hour my temeperatures tracked your 100% and after about 10 to 15 min more it was done. The only things I didn't different is I did not use liquid smoke, and i did not have any rub, so I made my own. The roast was Perfect, one of the best ever! Perfectly done, tender and moist. I never thought I could do something like this, and I'm 74! Thank you so much for sharing you recipe and experience. In the end, i felt like I was a Master Grill Chef! Your video was easy to follow and withinreach for someone like me. Hope you and Rosie, have a Blessed Day!

It was awesome. The "bark" on the outside was a nice addition.

Yes! The outside looked a bit crusty and delicious! Too bad we can’t get aroma added to KZread.
Sorry, late for the party. I’m here because I accidentally pulled a chuck roast out instead of a rib eye from the freezer. Never made on a gas grille. Typically do on my pellet or kamado grille. Liked the way you set it up, presented it. Not a fan of liquid smoke. I use a smoking tube & put substandard pellets Sifted pellets or wood chips on my gas grille. Provides excellent smoke flavor. I see you like your meat pretty done. My parents grew up in the depression so I reuse my aluminum pans until they are toast. I find it easier to use an old pie pan & foil over the top. No leakage. Able to be creative with the juice. I typically use a meat slicer for those roasts. Pretty inexpensive on market place. Excellent presentation on details. Thought I would pass along a few tips. Bon appétit

The meteorologist is just an educated guess, that's better than mine. Looks YummmmmmmmY! Awesome Video!
Thanks for the video, by the way the only requirement of a weather person is time and temperature.
Nice😷
Thanks for the video mate. As an Aussie I’ll never understand why the yanks eat their salad from a separate plate. BTW any chance we can get Miss Rosies potato salad recipe? Will now search to see if you’ve provided it on another video. Cheers mate!
Just marinated my roast for tomorrow

Let me know when to stop by to try it.
My grill time and temp was 50 to 60 min per lb. at 400 to 450 degrees.
Trying this right now. Thank you! Btw what you drinking sir? 🤔
What kind of roast was that? Would rump roast work?
@MagnumVideos

I think a rump roast would be awesome.
This doesn't need to be 20 minutes long. Lots of this could be edited out to make it flow better Great method though, so thank you
