@@darlenehochevar2246 you need the wifi gateway connected to wifi and (gateway and door) not too far away (say 3m or less for better signal). Also turn on the remote on/off function in the TTL lock app

Nope, still doing the same thing. But, i connected the gateway to a wifi switch and set it up to turn off for 1 minute and turn it on with a time schedule. Does the trick but still goes off line once in a while.

Can I add multiple locks to the same Gateway?

mine is only 5-6metres with the less signal (1 out 5). I guess the (gateway and door using) bluetooth signal is not strong enough.

Doesn't work on galaxy s20. The gateway doesn't show up on the app

Same here - when i click plus in gateway it just endlessly searches and never finds my g2 even though its flashing red-blue and in fact i can see it in my bluetooth settings. Have you or anyone figured out how to fix this?
