Turn on Bluetooth and reset watch and phone and make sure u have the latest version of the app

Please solve my query! Downloaded the app, allowed all permissions, the smartwatch is on but it is still not getting connected. I paired the sw with phone's Bluetooth but whenever I try to connect it with app, the sw gets unpaired. Even tried to connect with app without pairing but no use. Please tell what to do???
