You can check if there is a volume setting on the watch. Also, clean the speaker grille. Aside from these two ways, no idea.

As always, I will give my honest feedback. These clones have fake sensors. So, you are not getting anything health related measurements. For me, I wear the clones when I have an OWANBE parties. My oraimo smartwatches are my daily drivers. So, the choice is left for you to choose.

Check if your smartwatch comes with Bluetooth settings. If YES, turn it on. If NO, restore the watch to factory reset and restart your phone. Then, try again.
