you can pair this with your pc, but based on Plantronics tech support this model is NOT recommended for a pc. Apparently you need to buy the Plantronics UC model that has a USB dongle. If you try to use the non UC model you will get static and your audience will hear low volume. Apparently this is a pretty shitty hands free device for the PC, works mediocrely fine on a phone.

Thanks for your prompt reply... I am not sure what happened now... seems that my IdeaPad s410p is not detecting any Bluetooth devices ... I am expecting a problem with my settings... but everything in my laptop is working just fine... drivers, bluetooth settings and icon at the windows10 action center... updated all drivers, with latest windows update and even scanned for latest drivers from Lenovo website... I am putting this aside now for a while ... taking a break... hahaha

Mine only says "Connected music" no voice - any idea why?

Hi..Ii followed exactly what you said and still can't connect and the unit. It has been three days now trying... what a disappointment!! Looking forward to using the audio device for my lectures.... I am using a Lenovo Ideapad S410p. Any advice? My Bluetooth is working fine and I can see the Bluetooth logo at the lower right corner of the laptop screen... Please help? Thanks...

but are you getting the pairing lights on your Plantronics? on your laptop what does it say when searching for bluetooth device 🤔

as in have two connected to your ears or switch from left to right? left to right yes. you can rotate it and then adjust for other ear

So this was done without the expensive dongle?

nope no dongle, just with Bluetooth settings from computer
