I bought a new one by 37 US$ but it went out of order just after one month. Then I bought another one and it is working now. Not sure how long this will continue to work. What a pain. Samsung needs to look at this issue.

Thanks for the video I also tried all the different troubleshooting recommendations and nothing. So I also decided to order a replacement s pen and it worked like a charm. I was eyeing the new s22 ultra but I wasn’t ready to give up my note 10 plus 😂

Turns out most of the issues come from the S pen battery. is it replaceable? No! Got a new one from Amazon, used your video to install it, and voila! Air Actions.

Guys before buying new s pen check your if your power saving is on, it automatically disconnects s pen. Worked for me I was super worried😅

Update new pen arrived today and all is connected and working again

If you are getting this message "S Pen disconnected" and "Tap here to connect it again" it is highly likely you have the WRONG S Pen for your phone... Not all if any previous version S-Pens are compatible with NOTE 10 phones... Some functionality may work, but for whatever reason, air gestures and initiating the camera apparently will not. Moreover, you will continue to get the error message above no matter how many times you reset/inactivate then activate the S Pen setting... So, what I do not know is how one can tell all the previous versions apart from just the model S Pen that will work with the NOTE 10??? So just because someone is selling an S Pen stylus that looks like the S Pen for a NOTE 10, doesn't necessarily mean that it actually is... It's highly likely they themselves don't realize that previous versions of S Pens are in fact somewhat different internally and not 100% compatible with the NOTE10...

I'm using the S Pen from my lost Note 20 Ultra - it's exactly the same, why wont it connect?!!! The bluetooth SPEN thing says "you need to download an app for this"....

mines connects then disconnect I rarely use the pen or air actions the actions are not really required I do like to draw though and I just figured out the pen won't connect lol but I don't think the air actions are worth paying 20-30 dollars for when it still functions as a regular pen

OMG!! I have to thow away the old one and buy new to fix the casual ploblem, in my country S-PEN is so expensive.

This is frustrating. I haven't even dropped my old SPen for it to not function, and the solution for this is to buy a new one? Wow Samsung has become greedy.

I think they have separate warranty for the accessories such as the SPen. Probably shorter than the phone itself

Is it possible to turn off scroll? It's annoying as hell. I could turn it off in my note 4, but not my note 20.

Guys, I'm not sure if the software upgrade I did with my Note 10 caused the issue with my old SPen. But after all the reset and other solutions I did and still didn't work, that's the time I decided to buy a new one.

the same problem i have so no more samsung as i no using the s pen and the problem comes just in minute

Beware there are lots of fakes online that do not have the Air function. Many claim to be "OEM" but are not really Samsung suppliers. I asked Samsung Service Center (SM North Edsa) and it cost P2,000, but you can be sure it's original. If you know authentic, cheaper options online, please share. Thanks.

I already changed my phone to S21 last April. But according to the person I sold my unit, it still works.

My husband gave me this phone less than one week ago and the tip of stylus just rolled off while scrolling but worked & ejected ok. Now it is stuck... I CAN NOT TELL HIM I'VE SCRWED IT U ALREADY!!! ..ANY ADVICE???!!!!! ..HELP PLEASE

If the tip of the SPen is stuck inside the unit, I suggest bringing it to the Service Center because it needs to be opened.

My s pen is not connecting
