I haven't tried replacing the S Pen. If anyone has tried that, write it in the comment section. I'm still waiting for Samsung to answer since it's been a while but it seems that their customer support sucks.

My family has note 10+ and note 20 ultra. While i'm using note 10. Only mine that has the s pen problem. I've tried to change s pen of the other devices, but no luck.

Same problem. I was able to get it to connect by clearing the air actions app cash(in settings) but it disconnected again immediately after removing the pen.

Yeah,same happened to me.

This issue happened since the ONE UI 4.0 update. My note 20 ultra is facing the same issue

same my s pen registers and connects but the pen wont reguster on the screen ... touch screen works fine for fingers just not s pen can anyone shine a light here

If the S pen doesn't work when you touch the screen with it then you probably need to replace it.

i replaced it but it still wont work wen i touch screen, all the air actions work like taking photos and changing functions but not wen i touch the screen anyone know what this could be? @@DejanBoskov

For now I have turned off the air function waiting for solution

Joining team!!! I have note 20 ultra and UI 5.1 and facing the same problem, did anybody have solution for this problem.
