Copic sketch markers do last longer, hold more ink, and have more colors than Ciao, but you can refill any kind of Copic marker using "Copic various ink". You can also get replacement nibs and such. Just thought I'd put this here in case anyone doesn't know ('cause they're freakin expensive). DON'T THROW YOUR COPIC MARKERS AWAY!!

For pens, hes using copic proof ink with a g pen nib. For the bottom, he used a micron pen

Wow! You bought the same sets as I did! I just recently made an order on eBay for my FIRST 72 set Sketch A and Skin tones just this week! Happy New Years to you! How do you use your eraser without erase the black ink??? I’ve bought special paper, inker, eraser for markers and each time when I want to erase the pencil, a part of the black ink is erased as well so...a little bit annoying..thanks for your advice.

For me that depends on the pen. Get different pens/fineliners/ect you like, then use a sample paper and draw multiple circles (or whatever) in pencil. Outline them in each different pen, wait til dry, then erase. You'll be able to see which ones smear and which don't. Always better to swatch and play around before doing final. Hope this helps!

GUYS YOU CAN BUT CIAO FOR LIKE 3-4 DOLLARS CHEAPER PER MARKER! THEY DO HAVE LESS INK BUY COPIC HAS VARIOUS INK REFILLS AND NIBS SO DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MARKER UNLIKE YOU WOULD DO WITH OHUHU AND TOUCH NEW (those are still good brands but they don't refills or nibs and touch new doesn't have brush nib)

hananosecret love keep the basics first, if you buy expensive shit before you have a lot of experience it would be a waste of money :v

Two things: 1. Isn't that the other braid under his chin and not the front of the chin? 2. Why would you stop before you were done with the skin?

Effect Gamer//SkyLeaker Spectrum Noir markers are fairly cheap compared to Copics and work very well. Sets of 6 markers go for about $12 to $14 (depending on where you go), and bigger sets are available for fairly cheap (for alcohol markers). And they're refillable
