One teaspoon (5 ml) of vinegar or hydrogen peroxide per one cup (.25 liter) of warm water.

My dentist said NOT to use a toothbrush. Go figure.

The mouth guard is safe to clean with sanitizer

Hello, on the internet information on the how to clean your night guard is very chaotic and contradictory. Some recommend denture cleaners while others warn against it. Some recommend mouth washes while other strictly recommend against it. Some say use equal parts vinegar and water, while some say use pure vinegar for 30 minutes and then use pure hydrogen paraxide for 30 minutes. I am very confused. Could you perhaps help me a little?

Not all night guards are made of the same materials therefore cleaning recommendations will differ. We can only make recommendations regarding the materials that we use and the cleaning process that we feel give the best results while not causing damage to the guard.
