I think I'd go with Chomperlabs. I tried the OTC type several times (they cost about $30 each) and none of these worked very well. The fit was not great any of them. I like that all of these give you a custom fit, but that Chomperlabs 110% return payment is a great deal!

IF I manage to sleep with my mouth closed, my nose stops up and I can't breathe, then I drool. But I have ground my teeth a few times.

I'm surprised that some of these are only supposed to last a few months. The one I have from my dentist has lasted 7 years. Unfortunately, I sat on it and broke it. Unfortunately, it is $400 because I don't have dental insurance and I'm looking for an alternative.

Most of them can last longer than 3 months. They recommend replacement every 3-6 months for hygiene reasons but if you clean them well and take good care of them you can definitely keep them longer.

@@SleepIsTheFoundation I live in Vancouver BC Canada. It’s called The Silencer. Works great! I went through hell of not sleeping for a year due to sleep Apnea. I don’t know why but the insomnia was horrific. This appliance literally saved my life

I tried the encore mouth guard . it hurts so badly that I had to write to them, they do after all have a policy of a 100% return correct? Absolutely not. the company laced into a circus of shenanigans., First, they said don't worry, we'll send you another one. Give us more money i said no. I'm not gonna give you more money. I already have more of the paste they said okay, when you send the money to As we will now give you a lower set. . But we're only going to give it to you in 1 mm. then they said if you prefer full refund OK I said OK full refund ? Put this nasty mouth card in a box and send it back to us, and if we get it, then we'll refund your money, look at the syntax and the semantics of their so-called guarantee. They run on deception , don't use encore. They Apparently forgot to take business ethics 101

They all require you to send it back if you want a refund, but they pay for return shipping. What's wrong with that? It's to prevent people from getting a refund because they don't want to pay for it and then still using it. I'm failing to see how that's unethical. Of course they're going to do anything they can to try to keep your business first, which is why they wanted you to try something different. But if they're willing to refund it, I don't see what's wrong. If you get one from the dentist, it costs a lot more and you cannot get a refund at all, for any reason.
