Jeff: I like your video of "30 Second" cleaner. I found out that it does work very well. You also helped me to understand the purpose of the fan, because I wasted a lot of cleaner by taking it out. I used it after watching a video from someone not using the instructions! Thanks for your help. I do need to clean more places and now I have the best way to do it.

WOW...that's some wind. This stuff is the best of the cleaning products that I have tried. I was impressed with it...and honestly I didn't think it was going to work as fast as it did. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Pick up my 30 Second Cleaner today.... Plus a refill bottle.... All ready to clean my house.

You should have sprayed your brick, too. I saw another video on this product yesterday and ordered 5 bottles from Lowe's (price break) and will give it a try when I get it in a few days. I'm going to pour some of it into a small spray bottle to clean the inside of my screened in porch (aluminum roof) by hand and see how it does on some mildew and water stains.

I have a telescopic pole with a brush on the end that I use.. it helps a lot.. I do it once a year so the extra work is ok..

You should have sprayed your chimney , there is lots of mold on the top part of the chimney and some tuck point need too. I will help from cracking the brick in winter... Great Video..

Great review, this stuff looks like it actually works as it says. You really don't find that much anymore ( kinda ironic that an egg pod commercial came on as im typing this 😄 )

hahaha...the good ole egg pod! I was really impressed with this stuff...at first I didn't believe how clean it got, that's why I tried it on my front porch to see if it would work there. I have tried a lot of products but none of them have worked - this sure did. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Hey Jeff, I don't think you mentioned cement fiber siding such as hardi plank? Any information on that?

I was impressed with how fast it worked. The company says it works on concrete...I'd recommend trying it on the side of the concrete before trying it on the entire surface.

What product do you recommend out of all that you have reviewed? Also I got this cleaner but it didn't come with that hose attachment. What do you recommend?

They all got the job done. I thought 30 seconds worked the quickest... sounds like you got the refill bottle. You need the applicator one too.

Great review, Jeff! I wonder if you save the empty bottle, could you mix some water, bleach, and something like Dawn and maybe some OxyClean and come up with a less expensive alternative?

I do have quite a few empty bottles now - haha. Between mold armor, wet and forget, and now 30 seconds - I do have a few mixtures I want to try...unfortunately the mold/mildew has to grow back. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

This product is bad for siding it damage my house really bad I recommend you not to used it I pay $4000 on damage and when I call them they tell me is not there Responsibility bad thing the I can post pictures in the comments so you can see the damage

whats the warrenty void on fiberglass roof shingles?
