I used 5 gallons on my home, but it worked wonders. Absolutely no scrubbing. My vinyl windows cleaned up very, along with the soffit, fascia and gutters/downspouts.

This stuff really works! I used it on the north side of my garage and it cleaned everything off I had not washed it in 10 yrs and it had green stuff speckled all over which this completely removed! Don’t be in doubt when considering buying this.

Henry , i think your electric power washer would of took care of the rinsing after the 30 second treatment. It does look unusual seeing bars on your windows. Not doing that in Iowa yet. Same, I was surprised how easy it is!

My wife must have used the same stuff on our siding after she viewed you last video of you doing the siding at your mom's house.

Give it a second coat !I use this stuff all the time no scrubbing, spray the stuff on and let it set for 2 min. Then spray it again without rinsing let set for 2 min. And rinse thoroughly. Your done!

Hey just came across this video. It looks like the dark area at corner of garage is coming from seepage from under molding gutter system. I think any good cleaner will work better if its scrubbed. Looks like the lawn nice some Tenacity. Nice video

On the brick, use white distilled vinegar, or straight Bleach, it will take that stain right off, and your pressure washer, a gas one.

The active ingredient in 30 second cleaner cost $10-$12 gallon and the active ingredient is 5% Sodium Hypochlorite.Professional pressure washing companies use pool shock that they purchase from pool supply houses which contains 12% Sodium Hypochlorite you can buy pool shock at your local Walmart or box store for $3-$4 a gallon and it contains 9% Sodium Hypochlorite just make sure to dilute it properly as it will damage certain materials.

Need to spray your moms lawn with weed be gone and get those weeds out of it. It won’t hurt the grass. It only kills plants with broad leaves. Don’t spray anything but the lawn though. Thanks for the video also!

Had to do with water pressure too! It emptied within 5 minutes. Have the spray setting fine and it’s slower, long strong stream and it’ll empty faster.

Henry, you should ask them to send you the Lucas oil products rc boat for a review, your in Long Island, and it would be a popular video in the rc world. I believe traxxas makes it, but I don’t recall.

No matter how one feels about bleach or whether it should be used on wood or outdoors, straight diluted bleach will most of the time work better than any other cleaner. Likewise any outdoor cleaner containing bleach (such as the 30 sec cleaner) will work the best. Just buy regular bleach and dilute it 3 or 4 to 1. Cheapest option and best results.

not true. wet forget is an enzyme product. it consumes the mold/mildew. bleach only kills surface molds which quickly return. wetforget treatment will last about 3 yrs., bleach about 4months

I am pretty sure that "black" on the garage is from an inside leak. The garage rafters probably have a leak and it's dripping down on them and the black mold is seeping onto the bricks outside. Since you see the black all the way up to the trim, it is definitely coming from inside that garage top.

I use one gallon water one gallon bleach in a 2 gallon pump sparyer then wash it off with a hose. Works great and cheaper.

Tried it today, my only complaint is that it runs out pretty quick

Why would bleach damage concrete? And what kind of concrete would get damaged so easily from solvent?

Need to use a extension pole and brush with it. I got mine at Home Depot and it will reach 24ft and you can buy attachments for it. I spray my house and use my extension pole with the brush attachment and then I spray it again and let it sit for 3 mins. Then, I rinse it all off and it is clean.

Do they ship to UK or is it prohibited for shipping? It’s hard to find hose end bottles here especially ones that are plastic and can with stand hypochlorite. The only real choice across here is Wet and Forget, but the equivalent of what your using retails for £50 and can’t refill the bottle, and as you probably know it doesn’t work as quick as this stuff.

Definitely. Only need to purchase one with the spray nozzle. They sell gallon refill jugs of the stuff cheaper w/o the spray nozzle.

This 30 second cleaner did nothing on the dark algae I have on my vinyl siding that is under shady oaks, did even leave a streak. Be prepared for lot of hard scrubbing. The only thing that got it off was comet and elbow grease

Well…I’m wearing a hat, I wear glasses, I’m not worried about bleaching my arms and legs, it’s not a dangerous solvent that’s very concentrated. Plus my shirt was white so no colors came off nor ran. It’s not acid man! Just bleachy!

This fellow is using it wrong… he needs to go full strength on that stain/spot… 30 sec cleaner is AWESOME… BUT…when you use it make sure you are wearing old work clothes cause it’s strong… !!! Works great on white plastic fencing… I actually use it full strength; for tough spots I buy the gallon jugs; I pour it into one of those Lowe’s squirt bottles, spray it on a fence or the siding, let it sit a couple of minutes and rinse with the hose… highly recommended ….👍👍👍

Not over spraying a tough stain isn’t using it wrong! Just need more cleaner.

The ingredients say it’s bleach. So don’t pay 20 dollars for a gallon of bleach folks.

Tried 30sec on camper. Been under trees for couple years. Zero, zilch, no effect at all. Did three applications-------no results. Same as spraying on water.

You could have just used 50/50 household bleach and plain water and accomplished the same thing. Actually, in my opinion it would have done a better job.

You do the worst job applying the cleaner. Very spotty and uneven. They also told you to apply the cleaner, then brush down the tough stain, then reapply the cleaner, which you didn't do.
