Namaste! I followed all the instructions but somehow, my computer is not freeing up more the 4 GB space. I do not have many downloads at all but my C drive has only 11.7 GB free of 57 GB. I have also tried to attach an external hard-drive to keep transferring files on it, but still my computer is cramped. Please help me. Thank you! edit: I restarted my system and it freed up another 4GB, so I have now 15GB free. Yay! But do let me know if I can free up even more space. Thank you, Sandeep!

is hibrenation turned on your system if yes then turn of that if there is some old apps you dont use and want to delete certain apps that eat up your space then go to settings then system then storage and delete from installed apps etc my pc gone from 82gb to 118 gb
