Legit went from 15.5 GB free space to 58.6 GB on my SSD. My windows would take forever to boot aswell but now it boots up in like a few seconds. You are a legend dude!

I went from 19 GB to 28 GB by just removing the temporary files. i didn't remove any windows related thing though. The windows update and stuff in the first steps. Thanks for this video. It was very useful. My C drive keeps filling up everyday. It went from 29 GB to 19 Gb automatically in 2 weeks.

DOPE VIDEO ! SCRATCHING MY HEAD FOR THE LONGEST OVER 20GB FREED on 128GB YESSSS!

Just did this in March, 2024. Here's what I did and didn't do: I did methods 1, 2, 3 I did NOT do method 4. Someone in the comments said if you get a blue screen or something you're unable to restore to a previous windows version and you'll have to wipe the drive clean and reinstall windows. Long story short: It's bad I did method 5 I did method 6 partially. I did not delete the prefetch folder I did methods 7 and 8. Result: My C drive has a total of 111GB and was completely full. Now I have 12.3 GB space. Methods 1, 2 and 3 gave the biggest results. Hope it helps

I would be afraid to turn off the system protection exactly I just reduced the utility in points. And when the point is set, we take it somewhere, I only have a 256GB SSD, so I only set 2% and another thing that surprises me is deleting PREFETCH, I won't do it even if I don't want to, it preloads WIN10/11 as far as I know
