Cool tape video! 3/13/2024 I just use the red Vise protection tape for my thumb. My pro shop carries black, blue and green as well. I know blue is thinner, but have not tried green or black.

I wish I had watched this video before I bought the Vise logo tape. I bought the yellow thinking it would be fast, but that's definitely not the case. I now know that the Vise Hada is much quicker. I now only use the yellow tape as an extra anchor when needed.

So what is the slow release?

I think you have it backwards - Blue #1 is the thinnest and the thickness increases as the numbers go up

What do you mean by slow?

With the hada patches on both sides of your thumb, do you use insert tape in the thumbholes as well? If you do, is it white or black tape?

Sounds to me like your thumb hole is drilled to big if you have to tape both sides

Now you get to explain why someone would want an earlier vs later thumb release.

Why do you put tape on the back side of your thumb. I was told by Pso to only put tape on top side of thumb and I now have a callous forming at bottom of thumb and has become sensitive
