I'm in ON to so i really appreciate this video. Had no idea it was so easy

I live in a small town in Kentucky and I lucked out on the easy name change. It cost maybe $60 bucks total (including extra name change certificates) no name in the paper, no birth certificate, no nothing. I just filled out a one page paper went to the court house and waited maybe 10 mins for the other cases to go through. I went to get my license after my drivers test and the lady changed my gender marker, asking me if I knew that they had my gender wrong. I just told her that I hadn't noticed and that I had only glanced at the picture.

What do you mean by original copy of your Birth certificate? Shouldn’t any birth certificate work as long as your name is on it? 🤔

QUESTION. I had after a marriage had a first and last name change . Yrs later would like to change my first and last name again but I have only the name change certificate along with my other I.d would I need to order a replace birth certificate before attempting to send away forms ?

ur family member or relatives cannot be ur guarantor.. better ask ur family doctor or any of ur friend who knows you since last 5yrs.

Sadly, I am a child younger then 18 SOOOOO I would have to ask my parents, they said NOPE! I wanted to change my name to Marinette! BUT I CAN'T! :C Sad. Guess Ill wait till I have moved myself out of my their house and I can do whatever I want.
