I followed this video and now have a wrench on the dash with code P160A What did I do wrong?

UPDATE: So, I just did this and use the Ford 1% rule. Tested it with my Dragy. The Dragy shows I am going 2mpg slower than the actual dash. I redid it with 2% and it was more like 1 mph off. There is an Excell calculator that will correct this wildly incorrect value. After performing it in the AS BUILT section on the BCM line: 726-12-01, all will be correct.
