Very true about being weak, but hey, it’s become a favorite of mine. I can cut the thicker weeds with my shears after. Thanks again and thanks to your wife for video-ing it! Mine is a single string but it constantly needs to be threaded back in and right middle of working it disappears into the spool itself I spend more time re threading it than I do working it I have gone through replacement string and done my yard once

Thanks so much for this video~ I'm a 60-something year old woman who is trying to do my own gardening, and I bought this one because, like your wife, it seems manageable. I just finished my trimmer line today and didn't really know what to do. After watching your video, I was back up and whacking my weeds in no time. Appreciate the help~

you can put .80 in it, it has the notches on the spool. and people aren't using it Correctly. you'll most likely need two batteries for medium sized property and you have to tilt the head to a correct angle for the most efficient cutting. The batteries take about 30 minutes to charge and last equally as long. if you have more than an hour of weedeating, this trimmer is not for you. Upgrade the line and use it properly and it's great for light to medium duty. if you want industrial results, get an industrial machine

just read this so I ordered some .08. thanks for the info the this little thing does ok and its a 1 acre property in Idaho. but you need the 4 or 5 MaH battery to do most of the job. so I hope it works? cheers! :)

I got a used one from my son. It is 4 years old but hardly used. This video is great thanks. So he says 065 is best but is 080 an upgrade? I've read reviews at Lowes H D & Amason about the quality of replacement line and cartridge. They are not at all favorable. Seems some people have more difficulty than others. I used mine once. Loved it. But now I'm stuck. Which line works best?

Is the black button where the line is, stuck pressed in...or does it easily go in and out? I'm wondering if that's the problem. Do you constantly power it on and off? That also feeds line each time.

I think I know what the problem is!! I had the same issue so I watch the video again and I realised that after you put the line into the small hole you have to wind the line up in the opposite direction. I went the same direction from the line but than the line comes out by itself ones you operate the trimmer.

@SeidelRanch. It came time to rethread some new string on. The directions must be written by people who have no clue how to explain or draw simple directions in the manual. So, we resorted to hoping to find good instructions on YT. Your video popped up and it made it so simple to understand. Thank you ! You've saved more than a few people unnecessary stress from poorly written manufactures instructions.
