What are the tusk washer sizes for Yamaha rhino 660 2005? Trying to get them on the website
If you over fill it can it make the seals leak?
Another excellent video guys. Thank you. I have a 2004 660 Rhino with a loud squeaking noise emanating from the front differential anytime I make a left steering input or go slowly in reverse. Problem is the same in 2wd and 4wd. I have changed all the wheel bearings and for this and other reasons I have also changed all the CV axles. Additionally, I have greased all zerk fittings and lubricated all bearing points. I have never serviced or changed the differential oil in either differential. The unit has 2200 miles and 830 hours. Any thoughts as to the likelihood that my squeaking noise is originating from the differential? Separate question specifically on the oil replacement procedure. Notice you had the front end up on ramps. Based on the location of the drain and fill ports, how critical is it that the unit be level to ensure full drainage and proper quantity servicing? Thanks.

If I remember right, we would have had all four wheels on machine ramps. The more level it is, the better it is. Is it for sure the diff that is squeaking? Did you check the fluid? What about the brakes? Pad pins can get groves worn in them and cause some issues. I would raise the wheels off the ground and rotate them by hand to listen/feel for anything abnormal/not smooth. -Charles

We used 80W-90 oil on the machine in this video.
