Thanks... Easy fix. Found out that someone didn't put the Clips back and broke off the hook. Someon should have watched the video I Guess.....

Just searched for how to do this... Clicked this without looking at the creator, got about halfway through before I realised who it was! (BTW, if you think this is awkward try changing the clutch or brake master cylinder on a classic Mini!)

Metal clips were not there at all but filter was original and it was done last time by dealer😁

Many thanks for showing the kickplate trim and how the cover goes underneath. I am being far too gentle with mine. Although mine is a W204 2012, it doesn't have the awkward hook or the metal clips so if you are struggling with them, cut off the hook and ignore the clips, the white slider holds everything in place.

Yes, it is the same bit taken out of the longer video on the car service. Some people just want to know how to change over the pollen filter and they might not want to watch (or have the time to watch) the whole service video to find this part :-)
