Typos drive me bonkers! So for my debut I had it triple checked, had it read out loud, then read it backwards 😊 I haven't been told of any typos, so I'm hopeful that there weren't any 😀 I see a lot of traditionally published books with typos, but it seems self-published authors get criticised more over the errors, so I try really hard to have an error free publication ☺

All of yesterday, after paying for proofreaders who didn't do the most thorough job, I realized that I can use Microsoft's Read Aloud feature to catch every typo. It has been so helpful (and a money saver)!

Mehrunissah93 The read aloud feature can still make it hard to catch words that sound the same/similar, but are spelled different. So, watch out for those. Like Shutter / shudder . There/their/they’re. Two/too/to. Dappled/dabbled. So, just a heads up on those kind of things, because I missed quite a few like that by just listening to it.

Aimee Partain LOL ! No it wasn’t just you so you’re OK. My husband found two that were really bothering me before I even asked you for the ones that you found. I was planning on doing this regardless, just to fix the ones my hubby had found. The ones you found were simply helping me catch other ones I might’ve otherwise missed
