I am trying to stick to 'said' a bit more. That being said, I tend toward using just one action tag. This is a way work in character mannerisms and fits with a 3rd person cinematic pov. "Ugh, but I don't want to!" Susy flopped face first on the couch.

That can be tough if you're in the habit of doing the other types of tags exclusively.
