  • @seanrh4294
    @seanrh42943 жыл бұрын

    This trap works. I tested it myself before but if there are foxes or other larger animals around then they will lick off the peanut butter. We found an even easier and more effective method. Just smear some peanut butter on the inside of a bucket and then fill the bucket with enough water so mice and rats cant touch the bottom. Then put another bucket upside down next to the trap bucket and put a little ramp on it. All mice and rats will jump in the trap bucket and drown if the distance between the buckets is not too far or close.1-2 inches works well. We killed all the rats on our property this way....they all drowned in the bucket and they deserved it because they killed our Quails.

    Not sure where you live but here in Eastern Canada they start coming in where it's warm once all the fields are harvested and temps are dropping. A friend was watching one steal dog food and feed the wood pile the other night, lol! An ex emptied out an old workboot full of dog food too, looked good on him though, hah!

    I get mice in the surround around my large bath tub. My most successful trap ia a live catch rectangular metal one with a clear window in the top which opens as a door. I have caught 3 mice together at once.. I then dispose of them in a bucket of warm water. Make sure the water covers the entire trap. Seems the most humane to me. ( I use to use the plastic kill traps that weren't killing them right away. I could hear them dragging the trap that they were caught in. Seemed inhumane to me.) I empty the trap in my back yard & the dead mice disappear during the night.
