Wow is all I can say chemguys that BMW looked amazing after you guys were finished with it. My favourite part was the fact that I couldn't tell it was a convertible right away and also the interior was on point the lines on the carpet are where it's at!! I always do that when I clean the inside of mine it's my favourite part. Well actually our company teaches classes on it, if you're interested you can contact our office, and check availability. It's not that hard to start one, you need some start up cash, the know how, marketing, and a good personality. We're a supplier of detailing products, we embrace people being entrepreneurs. I usually use spray wax instead of the cream or paste on my clear bra. Last time I did that it was a pita to clean out the dry wax on the edges.

What company/color name is the vinyl?

Long time follower and user of your product - one suggestion on your vids : it'd be great to get perspective on the total product you've used at the end - amount used for e.g. How many towels etc etc - would give us driveway warriors something of a yardstick to see if we are under using product or not enough - cheers!

Hi on behalf of the Chemical Guys team, thank you for watching. We often advocate not overusing our products, especially because a little of our product goes a long way. As far as towels go, you usually need a few because you remove large amounts of dirt that you don't want to spread back onto the paint. I often roll the towel over and continue to work. It's recommended to use different colored towels for each area that you work on. Green for exterior, Blue for glass, Yellow for interior, black for wheels and engine bays. There's going to be trial and error, and something you'll immediately notice as you work. Take your time with it.

Other than the detail spray, is there any wax or polish that can be used on a black wrapper roof?

Hi Evan, good question. If your wrap is glossy, then you can go about cleaning it how you would the rest of your car with car wash soap. Try Butter Wet Wax to remove the stain if it needs something more. If your wrap is matte, then only use Meticulous Matte products which won't add unwanted shine. Hey Steve, I would clean the car first, then I would use some Butter Wet wax. The oils in the wax help to break down the residue. Butter Wet Wax is amazing in general, who doesn't like waxing their car with a premium Carnauba wax.

Without any kind of fallout remover you are guaranteed to scratch those wheels just by touching them

hey i bought a gallon of sticky citrus wheel cleaner and it doesn't foam or suds at all. called your tech team and no advice. do you need to dilute with water and if so what ratio.?

Thanks for watching! You have to soak the wheels first before applying it, and if you choose to dilute it, 10:1 is a good ratio. I've experienced the same thing, Sticky Citrus dries very quickly, you need to agitate it with a brush to produce the bubbles.

My camaro has a black leather dash board and it has some gray looking stains on it, i cant tell if its damaged or if its just dirty, im too scared to scrub it of, fearing i might make it worse... What should i do to get rid if it?!

Hi Jesus, I recommend trying some leather cleaner, or some Diluted Nonsense (with water) 20:1. The best way to do this is to start with a small area because you want to see how that area will interact with the product, if it works than you can proceed forward, if not than you might have sun damage, or possibly something got on the leather that could've stained it. You should add some kind of protection like Leather Conditioner, and use a sun visor. If you want, send a pic to our Facebook account, we can try and diagnose it from there. Good Luck buddy! Hey Sunny, thanks for stopping by. For all wraps, we always recommend using the meticulous Matte spray, it's the preferred choice for matte and wrapped surfaces. We generally don't recommend anything with waxes and gloss enhancers, however if it's glossy, you could apply a wax if you so choose to. What's the point of vinyl wrapping your car if you still have to worry about scratches. I though vinyl wrap was scratch resistant. I'm not saying take a steel wool pad to it but...

Hi, good question. Yes, any wrap can be scratched just like paint with improper care. Some colors like black may show more scratches than lighter colors, and matte wraps will likely show more scratches than glossy vinyl wraps. Some wraps have self healing properties, whereas others don't. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your potential wrap to learn more specifics. Hi Leonel, you can also use a foam cannon with a matte safe soap to clean heavy dirt from the paint, or a two bucket wash method as well.
