How To Capture Your Natural Curl Pattern With Hair Rules Curly Whip
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
With proper cleansing and conditioning, you can reveal the curl pattern that you were born with. But how do you capture it best? Incorporate your styling routine into your shower routine-that is, immediately apply your styling product on sopping wet hair the second you rinse out your conditioner. The water helps to distribute the product evenly all over your head. Hair Rules Curly Whip sets your curl pattern in the best possible way. It's light and non-sticky. It's not stiff and crunchy, and adds moisture and shine. After styling, sit under a hood dryer or use a blow dryer with a diffuser attachment. On a hot day, you may leave to air dry. When thoroughly dry, finish off with a leave-in conditioner like Nourishment Leave-In, or Hydrating Finishing Balm.

We're happy to be part of your hair journey!
I am not sure how I stumbled onto you a few weeks back but your method for wash and go is on point. I purchased the no suds and then ventured to the curly whip. I am back in love with hair and your whip is on point. My previous styling products (wetline) left my hair very dry. The only feedback is that the whip has a very strong smell but it does lighten up. PS keep telling us brown girls that we can have amazing hair washing every couple days❤

I feel the same way. I was just searching as always “how to lock in moisture”. This time I read several Anthony Dickey KZread videos. I’m waiting for his products to use on short hair because I ended up with heat damage. I’ve had quite a bit hair cut, so now I’m just clipping off straight ends here & there. I’ve been using Curl Mix but it’s heavier than I want it to be. Can’t wait for his product to come. I really appreciate his honest & frank answers about moisture. I really understand now after 12 yrs natural.
I love the blonde haircut! I need to come see you.
I sincerely wish I could have him do my hair. I cannot get the results he can regardless of the product!

You'll get there. The more frequently you do your wash-n-go the better you will get at doing them.💜

The key is to apply the products on soaking wet hair and low to no manipulation. You have to learn what your hair likes. Plus u gotta moisturize with deep conditioner. Once u train that pattern u will be able to capture it easy. Keep working at it u will get it.
Another great video! Do you have any advice for washing and taking care of dreadlocks?

Gently clean your scalp with Hair Rules Cleansing Cream once every two weeks, or you can leave it as treatment for 30 minutes for deep cleansing. Retwist locs with Wavy Mousse with a drop of castor oil. Throughout the week, apply Hydrating Finishing Balm on entire length of locs. Let us know how it goes.
Hi! If someone is a high density low porosity type 3C 4a should they be applying products in the shower? How could we avoid hydro fatigue? Will our low porosity hair except all of those products given the presence of the water in our hair? Just wanted to say thank you so much for this channel it's so educational and I wish I was in New York and could come get my hair done.

What kind of hold does it have?
Hello! Do you recommend any product underneath the curly whip to add an extra level of moisture similar to what a leave in conditioner would do? Do you sell any products that would do that?

Yes, try Hair Rules Nourishment Leave-In Moisturizer or Hydrating Finishing Balm both underneath Curly Whip. Also try adding more Curly Whip which is super hydrating. Oftentimes not enough product is used. Hope this helps.
I'm trying to find your videos on this method with someone that has really fine, thin hair. All your videos seem to be on folks with thick hair and good edges.

This for good hair only😒
