Glad to see Castle is just the same as all other RC manufacturers when it comes to ESC callibtation- first try didn't work, second try didn't work third try didn't work............12th try worked, doing exactly the same thing each time.

I have the same transmitter should I do a transmitter calibration in the transmitter settings first before calibrating the esc?

No, you only need to calibrate the esc.

Are you hearing the confirmation beeps after each step?

I did it exactly how you explained but when I try to accelerate it goes backwards

Make sure that the esc has the correct motor rotation setting.

What happens if your steering wheel is your throttle. How do I fix that

Flip your wires around on your receiver

Before the confirmation beeps mine starts beeping consistently with red light lol

@@ReggieJRM I was using bluetooth..no good..threw it away and started using castle link through laptop...hard reset from laptop fixed it

i got a mamba XLX and the calibration is rubbish i will never consider electric ever again, Nitro & gas only from now on.
