I got residence through my company not property, you need to buy property for residence yes not only renting

To get golden visa it's 2M AED. The idea is to encourage investment in Dubaï. After you are free to do what you want with your property

you can still do it with your passport and title deed. if you buy a property worth 750k AED. You get the residency anyway with Emirates id.

What documentation is required to rent long term? Emirates id? Or can be done with passport as non resident?

you cant rent long term with a tourism visa. only Airbnb or renting from holiday homes is possible.

Both are possible. But in nowadays it's yearly... Or divided in 2 or 4 cheques. It depends on mainly the location..

@FalChal i don't see any advantage even liability reasons... You are protected as landlord. But if you want to use a company for investment purpose it can be useful for you. Mainl6if you need to share the shares
