My local land bank conduct back door deals around board tables, board tables that are composed of certain type of individuals. The local bank became just another real estate investor club with most times minorities getting access to the crumbs that are HIGH RISK ( likely to be in the red) Investment. They typically announce and profile a poster child to keep the front going. Believe me, I have sat in some meetings to listen in.

Do I have to be a Michigan resident to buy from the Detroit Land Bank? Their website is not clear on this. I am from California and Nevada. I want to buy homes, fix them, and rent them out. Thank you.

Good video, from what I’ve learned so far this man knows what he’s talking about. Any way to contact him? Facebook, email, etc. I’ve reached out to counties for tax deed surplus properties. But is there a site or a place to reach the “land banks”
