Hi Eric, Thank you for the information in your seminar. Just wondering if I should settle for a standard BTO? I'm 27 currently, and planning to BTO in Oct with my partner. After watching your videos, I realize the importance of building a property portfolio ASAP, hence I am going to settle for a standard HDB rather than plus or prime. Would that make more sense? Also is there a way to decouple if we are applying as 2 owners for BTO? Cause we likely need a higher loan to finance the BTO.

BTO is a good start. Choose those non PLH ones 👍🏼
Hi Eric, is it better to buy a 2br condo in RCR or 3br condo in OCR? Only have 1.5-1.6m budget as a single.

Hi Eric, thanks so much for your sharing!😄 You have really help us learn so much about property. My partner and I are in early 30s so we do not want to take the BTO route as we would be in our 40s by the time we can sell our first property. We hope to make our first pot of gold through private property, we only have about 60k cash so our budget is about restricted to 1.1-1.2m. We are considering criterion 3bedder and are also open to 2b2b in other area. Do you think criterion at 1.1xm still have potential for capital appreciation or should we go for 2b2b that's nearer to mrt / newer like treasures@tampiness? Thank you for reading this! 🙏

Hello Eric, for a budget of $1.5m+ and only looking at Tampines - It seems like Arc at Tampines is the best in terms of quantum and not compromising on size… i know it’s the dreaded “Tampines corridor condo stretch”, but it seems like it’s the best buy for now. What do you think? 😢

Hi Eric, came across ur video and have learned alot. I am first timer buyer and buying my first property as single. I would like to make my first pot of gold by investing in property. Would u recommend for me to buy a hdb or private? For private, i can only look at $1m-$1.1m. For hdb, i can only look at about $680k to $700k. Recently, someone recommend me sora condo in jurong which is still within my budget. Is this condo a good investment? Or should i buy a resale hbd in good area n rent out for good? @@cl.tan87 for 1mil, down payment is $280k and $308k for 1.1mil. Your budget max is $890k. Go for 1.1mil budget with your cash investment. This way you can buy 2b2b.
