That extra cut at the end of the tail where you make a 'window' for the tail to come through just changed my life

This takes me back to the days when I was in my early twenties, working under a real master chef who taught me all I know now. I've butterflied so many lobsters since then, most of which I never ate. 😂

This is not helpful. All the edits and jump cuts do not show how to cut and butterfly properly.
