Namaste, Inverted postures are the best treatments for hernia. Inversions use gravity to relieve the pressure from the abdominal wall and place the hernia back in the position of the abdomen. Regular practice of pranayama and complete relaxation will not only help tackle the hernia but improve the life style. However, do consult your doctor before starting

After a C-section, it's advisable to consult your Gynecologists' before attempting Dhanurasana or any strenuous exercise. One must start with gentle postpartum exercises, gradually progressing based on your recovery and comfort, while listening to your body's signals. We would recommend to consult your doctor before you begin any exercise

Namaste, ACV may give some people indigestion or make them feel nauseated. Don't drink it on an empty stomach, and if you feel sick or throw up after you take it, stop using it.
Har aadha ghanta sit uthna sambhab nahi hai. Inke baate practically Aaj ke jig mein sambhab nahi hai.
