Why not put the domino that's going to land on the cantilevered domino up on a domino perch itself so that it lands flat on the cantilevered one?

I happen to make a tutorial on both of them (specifically in my catalogue tricks #15 and #27). In a trick that goes 90 Deg (trick #27), I am worried that if you have entry dominoes (at least 6 dominoes) that activates the trigger, then I am slightly worried that even if it hits the trigger, the domino (not entry dominoes) ends up slipping away from the direction, thus making a fail. This mainly works if there are one or two tall dominoes, but not if there are more than two since it slips more often than having one or two. I guess I had not considered other brands that resist the slipperiness. I happen to correct the tricks myself to ensure that such domino does not slip after careful mathematical measurements. Other than that, great tutorial! I also like how you cite relevant videos in relation to two tricks you want to teach!

I've done this trick before but this trick is very risky. Yea it works sometimes but, most of the times it doesn't work but thanks for the full tutorial! :)

yeah it can be a little risky, but the more you can test the spacing and number of dominoes leading up to the lever, the better. it may vary depending on your dominoes and floor surface.
