Thanks, Maria! My videos directly respond to the low-effort ones that are 30 min long that show you very little, and could be done in half the time. :-) I’m so glad you liked the tutorial. Woodworking is intimidating and not only for big bearded grizzly men. It just takes a little practice and more practice. Lol Thanks for leaving a comment and watching my video!

I received the pocket jig for a gift and was trying to think of a project to use it on. It's a handy tool to use for many things. Of course, there are ways to do that without the pocket-hole jig as you did. There's never one way to do woodworking. Cats are fickle critters. I built these pet steps for our old dog, but he never took to them. He had never lived in a multi-level house, so the stairs were alien to him. Now our cats use it all the time, mainly to perch at the edge of the couch. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I love hearing from people like you who build projects based on my videos. I'm glad it helped!

@@DIYXplorer My old cat finally used the steps today! But instead of using all the steps (there are only 2) she used it from the side and jumped to the highest step to lever her way up. still that makes me very happy 😁as u said cats are very fickle and unpredictable
