July 1, 2023: Jug lining for catfish is a fun way to catch loads of catfish!
In this video I will show you a quick and easy step by step process to build a catfish noodle jug. Jug fishing is a great way to catch lots of catfish for a fish fry, and is a great way to introduce children to catfishing. Kids love watching and chasing the noodle jugs!
Note: Be sure and follow local fishing regulations before fishing with noodle jugs. In Illinois, we are allowed up to 50 hooks per angler. Some lakes specifically ban jugline fishing, but many others do not.
