Those benches look amazing! I can see how it can take 3 days with all that hard work. 😲 The editing in this video is on point. 👌 . Thank you for sharing this awsome video as well as inspiration. Shout out from Cali, Bonsai on!😎
Great benches and shade solution in the new part of your garden Bjorn - looking forward to see you again at Mallorca this coming weekend :) all the best Jens
Nice job!!!! It looks awesome!!! I really want to see this structure complete with trees!
Concrete foundation blocks and nice 2x6 or 2x12 boards of your choice. Easy peasy.

Ted R. This is what I do. Used blocks I stained red, then painted reclaimed doors cut to size and painted black. Looks good, lots cheaper, les work.

Would love to see you work with the youtuber samurai carpenter, his skill in oriental design in north America is legendary, have a look at his house and projects! Im sure he can help with the garden and budget! He has his own lumbermill for exotic woods and does the coolest artforms, best of both worlds life and its artforms.
awsome , plenty of room, get a building lesson with my bonsai lesson
You always have good music selections 😊
Epic
A friendly reminder to wear eye protection when using the saw😉
What kind of wood was used for these? Treated at all? I built benches out of regular 2x4s and they're looking very ratty after just 2 years of watering trees on them
Great video, just puzzled as to why your contractors would use an awesome post holer, but mix concrete in a barrow. It's an idle question I know.
Where in New Mexico were the one seed Junipers collected?
Bjorn, great videos. I have a question about yamadori. I am from just down the road in Memphis, and I frequently drive out West passing unbelievable potential conifer specimen. Can you recommend any resources for how to gain permission to pull yamadori from public or private land? Just missed you at Brussel's. Hope you had a good time there!

Public land- find who is the manager. BLM or Forest Service? Collection permits available. Private land? Need owner's permission
Just a random idea...shoji style cold frame?
we have the same Croc's lol
Di Indonesia kalau pakai kayu seperti ini pasti habis dimakan rayap heee
Does Richard Lee sell bonsai trees ? Contact info?
All day to put 24 posts in. In the UK that would be three weeks work for a builder and 2 labourer and their spades 😂

There are a some decent builders here in the UK, but it's like gold dust trying to find one 😂😂😂😂
Ahhh pre Covid, when wood was affordable. 😤
Has anyone ever wrapped a young tree around a piece of driftwood.

Absolutely amazing. Congratulations on all your success. I’m going to troll you and most KZreadrs though. The word “actually” is constantly over used, and incorrectly used. Thumbs up, and all the best in your endeavors. PS: I’m thankful for spellcheck. 😜
The posts belong on a concrete base! The piles will rot in the ground!
