    I've always preferred bicep curls with dumbbells... barbells/machines feel very uncomfortable for me

    Thank you for the video. What do you think about letting the elbows come forward in the curl in order to target the short head which is weakly involved in shoulder flexion? Is this worth doing to maximize hypertrophy? Thanks & keep up the great videos!

    Appreciate the videos and the science behind it! But like someone above said, a strong summary of what you guys are actually implying would be great to have for a Layman like me. For Example The title of the video says Best Bicep Exercises but by the end of the Video I still do not know which are the Best Bicep Exercises, I am guessing it is Incline Bicep Curl but I am not sure. I hope you guys understand :)

    Cheers for the feedback. The video is trying to educate people that there is no best exercise for everyone. It is more about educating the viewers on the anatomy and picking an exercise that best suits them and their goals. We will take your points into account for future videos

    I'd love to. I'm pretty much asking what are the lifts for the biceps that this guy is recommending for bigger arms? It seemed like to me that the incline curls was the only lift that was favored in the video.

    Not the only lift but an effective lift. It isn't a ton of exercises in one video. It is more to demonstrate the anatomy and to get you thinking about the exercises you select.
