Same! I was on top of my game before my daughter came😂
I had such a good routine a few years ago until I gave birth. The newborn time hit me like a truck because I wasn’t sleeping much. I stopped with my routine then. I felt so out of it for a while until I slowly started building up my routine again and now I have it back and found a way to make it work with my 2 year old and working full time❤

Girl you should feel so proud of yourself! It can be tough to not have routine when you’re so used to it. But also having a child is huge lol, it’s okay to take the time you need to figure it out! Happy for you girl 🫶🏾

Every time I try get myself healthy either my baby or toddler will get sick 🤦🏽♀️ and then I feel guilty I swear the day shortens after having kids
I started having a “routine “ about 6 weeks ago , and it has been transformational for me.
*time stamps below* I love your videos! They’ve inspired to start bullet journaling/planning and routine building. Here are time stamps for anyone that wants them. Workout classes is how I built and made new social communities ! Now workouts are both my physical exercise and socializing time ! I highly recommend classes for those worried about not being able to find social time in a hectic schedule. Some ppl I’ve met in classes are some of my closest friends now

Same here!
On the Netflix thing, instead of binging I create a viewing schedule, each night has a different show or movie. My current schedule is: Movie Monday Reality Tuesday International Wednesday Prestige Thursday (Emmy award winning show type shit) Free day Friday (whatever I’m feeling) Animated Saturday (cartoons and anime) Sitcom Sunday. This way I don’t binge shows and I have something to look forward to every night when everything I get done is done and I usually watch 1-3 episodes depending on the length
I just learned about daily non negotiables, and it has changed my perspective on tasks that I hate doing. It really makes me hold myself accountable and disciplined.
It’s a Sunday night, just got done showering, about to finish some assignments and journal my 2024 plan! Love watching these videos for motivation!
LOL i am 24 and busted out laughing when you talked about having a million goals at once 😅
You have motivated me to workout at 5 am and I love it. It’s life changing, my energy, my joy and happiness came out of nowhere. Thank you for mentioning to try and switch up a workout routine.
Hey YOU, incredible person reading this, the truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don’t let others define what “Success” is for you. Get up learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! Love, Henry ❤
This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen, and I found it so helpful! You really broke this down in a way that makes it realistic. Subscribing now!
I just started reading “The Mountain is You” and this video is in such alignment with that. Thanks for sharing 😊🧡
I’m not a commenter more of a liker but I just had to comment. Janet this video is amazing! I mean just truly informative and supportive to people (like me who are trying to develop a routine). I appreciate your realness in saying “let life, life” I will definitely be implementing these tips and subscribing to your channel 🎉❤
Your tips are amazing!! I feel you on teacher trauma. I’m still living it!
Your videos always inspired me to do better! Thanks for being consistent with your content
Thank you Janet. Your videos hold me accountable and keep me motivated
thank you very much for this video Janet!🙏🏽💞
Omg I love this break down ! Thank you for this seriously ! ❤
You breaking down this math helped SO MUCH, I loved this perspective. It hit me so hard when you said “you have about 30-40 hours a week to focus on your goals” like WOAH, I do!! What am I spending my time doing instead? Watching Netflix and mindlessly scrolling about what I COULD be doing 😂🫡
Your realistic approach, honesty and positivity are so refreshing! I loved this video . Very inspirational! I’m excited to made some new routines to help me as well. Thank you! I’m looking forward to more videos. Happy New Year!
Hi Janet! So glad I found your channel! This video was extremely helpful! I’m in the space where I’m just tired of not having a solid routine and just need to get it together and to the point where it’s been affecting me physically and not getting proper rest. Thank you for these practical steps! I’ll definitely be taking some time to work on these. Thank you!🤎
You did so well creating this we appreciate you!!
Please never stop posting ! You help me sooo much
This video couldn’t have come at a better time. I have been trying to get rid of not so good habits and build good habits/routines. I learned so much about going about this process and having a new perspective! Thank you so much. Definitely a new subbie ❤
I just discovered your channel today and I'm so glad I did!! 🤩 Love listening to you while I work to keep me motivated!
So many videos out there about creating routines…this one really resonated and I subscribed.
I loved this video concept! Thank you for the tips!
Great video! Perfect for starting the new year off!!
Janet honey you are slaying these goals & it shows!!! 🎉🔥 With you dropping the charts & diagrams … I’m getting my planner out. Janet = Goals 🥳
So inspiring, thank you girly
I absolutely loved this video Janet, and Ive watched many others that ive loved and revisited but this one somehow feels like a how to kinda guide that spoke to me in a different way that i truly loved. Now ima go follow that plan we created 😜 wish me luck girl! Bless you 😊 and Thank You!!!
Thank you for adding so much value to me!!!!! Just what I needed
This video was so helpful. Was stuck with me. The most is determining my non-negotiable things that I have to do and then letting my brain no the extra things I can do. It really helps you be more realistic with your routine.
This video was really helpful! As someone that has struggled with time management, these tips have definitely helped me!
Amazing! I’ve been looking for something exactly like this after realizing work from home routine was lacking anything resembling a routine
I am so happy that I came across your channel 🎉 you are quite literally an inspiration 💖
This is great! I am going to apply this concept with my clients and healthy eating habits around meal prep, cooking, and overall consistency! Thanks! I just subscribed!
This was the best breakdown for routine. You explained so well thank you!!!!
Thank you so much, as I'm about to subscribe and set reminders ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
It’s just the beginning of the year, I’m trying to really find a routine that suits me best and also just stick to it. I believe it requires discipline.

Thank you for this. I had a hard decision to make where I had to sacrifice something that I enjoyed because I had to put school and my career first, but it was what I needed because it gave me time to rest, recuperate, and find myself again.
I love your makeup! especially that lip color on you, it looks so good
Your voice is so soothing! You sound like Gabrielle union 💗 also! This is the first “building a routine “ video I watch, that is actually helpful!
a girlies girly! love love all the tips in the video. so informative
you changed my life. thank you
When I tell you, you’re sooooo awesome 🤩 new subscriber here! The other day I told myself I needed to set up a new routine noticed I work off a routine so much better especially because I have 3 autistic sons who have so much energy and do aba therapy after school, I’m a full time college student and new business owner I was using notion for daily/weekly planning it’s amazing but I rather use google calendar so everything can go to my phone! Anyways you literally just helped me come up with a consistent scheduling that I’m already doing just a little tweaks ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much

thank you so much for this video! im currently a high school senior thats graduating in a few months and Ive been going through mental issues as well and i feel like a routine would make me feel more motivated and ready for the day... currently also going through a difficult mental struggle right now and just hoping this can also help me through this. thank you again❤

This was very helpful thank you ❤️
LOVE this video ❤
Love this !! Keep up with this content . 😊
I enjoyed these gems thank you. I will say this.. I myself actually work better when I plan out times to clean 😅. If I don’t have those calendar reminders and time blocks to keep myself accountable then I will procrastinate. I don’t do it often but during busy seasons at work I will schedule our chores the night to a couple nights in advance.
I love your hair and makeup!
Thank you for this video, it was definitely insightful
