I had not watched this until now! I think it's exactly what I've been looking for: simple, cheap and portable, and low enough for a total aggressive noob bladie like myself. I agree. the only thing I'd do differently is build two of them. both of them angled downward, pitched with about a 6" descent and facing opposite to each other parallel, about 6' apart.

This is an absolute godsend! So easy and next to no measuring required. When the spring hits, I’m totally gonna build me one so I can lug it to the track near my house and use it there when the skatepark is too busy.

Thank you for making this video, Daniel! I just started aggressive inline skating and have been wanting to build one of these myself. I also appreciate the clips you put in the beginning of you building much bigger and more complicated things than a rail. It makes me trust in your rail design more than others I've seen on KZread.

Hey Daniel, I've only recently discovered your channel and it's really helpful, I only just got aggressive inlines and I used to have power slides, but none of my local skateparks have any grinding bars, so this is pretty helpful! I'm going to attempt to make it this weekend. Thanks a lot.

Do you have advice on how to addd to this to raise the height once you get comfortable grinding this low?

Thanks for making this vid! Any advice for making sure the PVC pipe is strong/stable enough so that you don't have to reinforce it with another pipe?

First of all, thank you! 🙂🙏 To make sure the PVC pipe is strong enough, don't make the same fault like me. Go to the hardware strore and ask the dealer which pipe is strong enough for this kind of use. I just walked into the store and bought a simple and very thin pipe, this was a fault.

Could you suggest a good diameter for the PVC pipe?

For me a good diameter would be about 7 or 8 cm. 🙂✌

why don't you give the size of the cross section of the beams !! yes the length is 2m but what about the crosss section
