How to BUILD a BUDGET Home Gym in 2024!!
Budget Garage Gym set-up
Things to consider, and ways to make your money go further.
In this video we consider training styles before making any purchases.
Assuming we are buying all new equipment, but it is good to consider the used gym equipment market.
Starting off we go with adjustable dumbbells, in this video we talk about Adjustable Dumbbells. We discuss
Powerblocks, Nuobells, IronMaster, and Rep quick change adjustable dumbbells.. all great options to consider.
Next we go with an adjustable bench, from Reps AB3000 and Black wing, to IronMaster adjustable bench.
Next we go Titan Fitness wall mounted pull up bar and rings, great budget option. Doing pull ups is a great way to build your upper body.
We get kettlebells, Reps Adjustable kettle bell for some added versatility. And to have multiple different weight increments.
We finish this budget gym off by adding a Titan 3:1 wood Plyo box, not only is step-ups, box jumps/squats a great workout, this will also double as our adjustable dumbbell stand.
This is a great minimal gym set up on a budget. For less than $1,400.00 and this could be yours.

I use a big pile of resistance bands and a resistance band bar with adjustable yes for all dumbbells with a set of adjustable yes for all kettlebells and an adjustable bench with a total gym as well

Crazy how much this has changed, added a couple things, got rid of others. Constantly evolving, but the basics are king.
Great vid as always my man. Two things I'd add - there's always a sale somewhere so spend some time googling discount codes and don't be loyal to a brand. Theres a 90% chance that the piece you want to buy is cheaper under another brand and likely both come from the same Chinese factory, so look around and weigh up the pros and cons
