That’s pretty cool that it has the 2:1 or 1:1 ratio options. The small footprint is also a huge plus. I have the CENTR2 which has been great but definitely takes up space lol

That’s a waste imho it’s never gonna compare to a proper leg extension from a machine so you might as well not have spent the money on it and just do squats and variations of it for muscle growth growth

It’s not perfect, but I don’t think it’s trying to be, still getting a good contraction, and isolating the quads. Using the pad for chest supported rows is a cool feature too.. believe it or not, hits a little different than an incline bench.

I don't know. The Klarfit Kettlebell seems to have a different coating doesn't it? It looks pretty shiny on the pictures. Don't get me wrong: I would love if all of the ones looking the same are indeed just the same, because in Europe you could get some cheaper options than Rep. If the coating is better on REP I would consider spending a bit more though. Has anybody some experience, maybe got the red and blue from two different companies?

U should hold down longer n also release tension of the muscle slowly. It's not the pull down that builds it's the concentrated slow up that does it more. Just from experience n been a workout maniac for the past 15 years

Why triceps? If you don't have much time try deadlift. Doesn't have to be real heavy but you'll work more muscles.

I use it for steady state 20 min at 315 watt and i am drenched in sweat after Feels like running treadmill for 20min at 9mph 1%incline. Rogue need to give us vertical handles man

If you undo the footrest and put the blue ring on the outside instead of the inside before tightening it will stop the footrest from spinning. Hope I make sense.
