Thanks for the positive comments lads, listen there will always be people picking at my work it just tells me a lot about those types of people, to watch a 10 min video purposely looking for faults your in a bad place in life, I've been there. I produce this content for free and I try to help people, I will never reply to people who pick at my work I just hid there comments forever on my channel so nobody can see their sadness. Thank you to all that appreciate the free content I produce. Stay safe, never react to people who try drag you down, they're already below you for a reason. A lot of other people copying my content which is a compliment, you can buy the same paint as an artist but you can never ever copy and artist imagination 👍

I could watch these videos all day. So peaceful and I love your taste in music. Keep it up!
Love the videos stu your work is extremely neat! I’m just over half way through my bricklaying Apprentiship and your videos are a huge help. I have been watching you for awhile keep up the great work!! 🧱👍
Love your work Stu. I started as a Brickies Labourer when I left school, I know the challenges what with the weather etc. I went to Australia & worked for a Brickie for a year, (Gang of 3 Brickies ) non stop all day, even in the Heat. I ended up being a Chippie over here. Having seen good & bad Brickies, I can say you are a Goodun. All the best from Down Under.

How’s the pay?
Good going on your own mate, I'm a bricky in Manchester, just a trick that me and my dad use is when you build off the lintel put some 4x1 along the bottom of it propped with some Batons or whatever you have and it won't give and you can go higher, keep it up mate
You are the master stu could watch you work all day brilliant stuff
I started watching your channel a few weeks ago Stu, Doing a grand job my friend, keep on it!
I’m not a bricklayer myself I’m a carpenter but if I was gonna learn bricklaying I would love to learn some stuff of you brilliant work

I learned how to do my own brick work on my house by watching you’re videos... I repaired i corner that had leaned over & made a gap on the window frame & the arch above the window. Then I did the same on another window. Thanks Ps you’re brick 🧱 work is outstanding 👍🏼
Don’t know why you were suggested, but I’m glad you were. Loved watching your speed and attention to detail. I know nothing about bricklaying nor the standards of UK, US, or CAN. Great job. Thanks for posting. 😎👍🏻
Love watching your videos Stu you're a true professional and you do it the right way well done keep up the videos
Stu Compton Love watching all work, your a good Lad with a positive attitude and there's a lot to be said for that, as I used to say to my students "When you point a finger remember there's 3 pointing back" I just wish there were more like you, thanks for taking the time out to produce such great work!

Nice brickwork stu, im looking at getting back into bricklaying as i never got the chance to make a career of it seen as once i qualified as a level 2 bricklayer from barnsley college i got hit with the recession so there was no work so i never got the chance to get going. You're videos are pushing me ever so harder to give it a good go this time, I'm just in the middle of getting my cscs card, i think i might need to labour and learn on site as i never got the chance to get site experience. I've subscribed to your channel and watch all your videos and keep learning bits that will help me on site, cheers stu and keep up the good work fella 👍

+Gary Curtis cheers Gary always questions about insulation and window reveal, most times I forget to mention that plastic reveals are going in cavity and insulation is going in after. Rather that get into arguments I just ignore now and hide comments forever for that person, youtubes best feature ever 👍
lots of people in the building trade are jealous of your workmanship and that you give free advice so homeowners can have a go themselves on smaller jobs. too many show off builders out there. keep up the good work stu.
Another cracking job stu, always enjoy your videos mate👌👌👌
hey stu great video little tip for you, up to you if you wanted to use it instead off building a corner from the house just plum your lines in to the furfix and away you go. so put your pins behind the furfix cheers bud keep up the great work.

Like therapy watching your vids. In chicago I just put on your videos. I labored on block layers when I was a kid. Never laid one. I like the sound of the trowel. I have a boring job. I would love to have a pal who I could at least labor on on my days off. I just like to be busy.....to be at something with right kind of people.
Love your show and work
Thanks everso much Stu for your easy to understand tutorials for a beginer like me.I want to know how to properly build my 3 tier steps out from my new extension from the ground up including raiaing a manhole cover.. Good luck and keep up the good work.

I hate video's like these, you make it look so easy, and then when i try to do it, just no! not even close. There is something therapeutic about watching you work, so effortless.
Hi Stu. Really like your posts and videos. If possible, could you upload a video showing how you build the floor slab for a porch or conservatory etc including pouring in the concrete floor ? I and other subscribers would definitely appreciate it.
Brilliant Stu
Thank you , Stu .
Nice brick work Stu if you see the mess that the brickeys leave hear in Victoria Australia you would be shocked ,the job is pressure washed when its finished and they are payed a$ 1.00 a brick . Never seen this till I can to Victoria .
