Thanks so much for this man! I didn't have any zip in my 100+ day save, but after the upgrading system is implemented for armor as well as weapons, It is taking far too long to run across the yard, this is tricky to build in survival but its not too hard, not too big of an eye sore either, obviously not perfect, but I appreciate you finding this so I didn't have to!

In the most recent version all you need is a grass wall, and a grass floor every three walls. All you need to do is put the bounce web in the position he showed (3:17) but turn grid snap on, then it snaps perfectly into place.

Thanks for video. I wish it still worked like it did originally. Much more ascetically pleasing. If toy don’t know you used to be able to make a square going up like 4 grass walls then places the tramps every 3 lengths and you would go right through the bottom of them. Not sure why the devs thought that was too OP. Glad for this technique you showed because I usually like just Figuring things out myself and I used the ladder type tramp system which required practicing and remembering the pattern and still could mess up sometimes. Only complaint I have but is more with the game is how big of a pain it is to get the tramp in the right spot. It just doesn’t want to go there. Takes forever and barely moving It to finally get it right. I see comments of people asking If it still works. Surely they are having this issue. Also you have to get it to stick out the perfect amount otherwise it will kick you outwards. And the tramps don’t allow you to like close it all in. Like it would look good with some mushroom walls incasing it all. But you can’t put walls because tramps occupy the space

Yes, you are correct, this has to be built perfectly like I have done it, otherwise, the whole thing does not work as intended. As for the aesthetics you can always build extra walls to enclose it and just leave the left wall for the elevator.

Found it hard to align the webs in survival mode. Had to build an assisting platform on the side of the gras triangle. Also, to not die of fall damage all the time as I got higher, I built assisting roofs up around the whole thing. Since the material amount is ok and they can clip to the triangle scaffold.

Does this work with all wall types? I prefer the aesthetic of mushroom brick walls. I have toyed around with a very similar method to what you've shown here (same order placement, as well) but have had significant difficulty getting the bounce webs to work unless I clip them through the wall. At that point, I run into inconsistent hit detection, resulting in a couple issues: 1) dropping the player down to floors I've already cleared, and 2) being launched off into a random direction. I'll have to go back and make sure my bounce web orientation is correct but I'm relatively certain I tried all the sides during my own testing.

very nice concept, but hard to build in normal game. Would have been nice to show how to manage in vanilla, because it' a bit more tricky than in creative mode for a new player 😉 Maybe I'm missing something, but I have hard times to build the walls, I'm always too high or too low 🤪 Edit : got it, need to craft in the same move the bouncer and the next walls

Hey, I have experienced a strange issue with one of my trampolines. The first time a player bounces on it, they are launched weaker than normal. However, if they land on the trampoline again, they are launched normally. I cannot figure out why this is happening. Have you experienced a similar issue at any point? P.S. Great tutorial, helped me a lot with the alignment.

Has this worked since the latest update? In normal mode the bounce web cannot be lined up with the edge of the triangle floor with it trying to angle off. I’ve managed to build another version but it’s still old school and requires some training for new bouncers.

I need an elevator, where I can just throw stuff in, and the stuff will then be lifted up and dropped off in a large container. There must be some easy way to automatically allign the suff, that if thrown into such a structure. I whish there was a sensor, wire, and-gate, moving thing made with fx insect muscles or muscle sprouts, a moving part, and moving part extensions. That would cover at least the basics of making some really interesting mechanical structures, and it would allow us to build turrets (as a larger structure with many parts created by players. not as a single build), mechanisms for alligning and moving stems, calculators (assuming, a moving part would be able to have multiple inputs to replicate an or-gate), maybe with a few more mechanisms like things, that can pick up items, cut down stuff, interact with structures (fx an oven, so anyone saying "those bricks aren't gonna make themselves" would be wrong). This would be incredibly awesome, and it would give a lot more reason to play creative mode.

You are talking Satisfactory level mechanics and logic gates. I like your thinking, but there is no way to do it in-game atm, and I think at this stage of development it's not going to happen. The ideas are awesome, I like how you made animal parts part of the mechanism.
