It's all about mindset. I've been taught budgeting since the age of 5 (mom was a banker). Then I coupled w a waster who spent everything then borrowed to try to 'budget.' My Exodus was the most freeing thing I did. Now, it feels so amazing to know that there isn't someone else's hand always in the pot just throwing things away. My now husband and I have weekly & monthly financial date nights, both have retirement plans, long & short term goals outplayed, take trips debt free, & it's wonderful to KNOW I'm w someone who is like-minded. Start small. Start where you are & write down what does and doesn't work but Keep going!! ~Blessings to all!

New subscriber here. I am HORRIBLE at budgeting and I have so much debt it is ridiculous. I am making the decision to get my act together in 2018 but I am starting now. It’s not even an option anymore. Your videos are motivating me, at least right now, to stay on track.
