    Yes we steep the Assam Black Tea Leaves for 45 minute to 1 hour so that the fragrant of the tea comes through even when you add in the milk, sugar and ice.

    This is a Milk Tea Base. We steep it longer because we want the tea to be strong even after we add in the milk and sugar.
